FEES AND REGULATIONS
FeeS
I charge on an hourly basis. Since cases vary and some may require more work, I also provide tailored bundles to meet individual preferences. Depending on the case’s complexity, the time spent will differ and will only be finalised once all the relevant information has been received and acknowledged. I abide by strict deadlines giving ample time to clients for their review.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY
Please note that services offered by me are covered under the barristers own professional indemnity insurance.
REGULATIONS
- I am regulated by the BSB and the BSB’s Guidance for unregistered barristers. At all times I abide by CD5 and CD9 (Core Duties that apply at all times to barristers).
